Frequently asked questions
What is a credit and how long does it last?
One credit is the unit we use to measure AI rendering cost. Credits on a subscription plan are refreshed every 30 days. Unused credits beyond your rollover allowance expire at renewal. Credits purchased à la carte (credit packs) never expire.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
You can keep rendering — we charge overage credits at your plan's reduced rate ($0.80–$0.70/credit). You can also top up with a credit pack at any time.
Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Your credits remain available until the end of your billing period.
What's the difference between Quick and HD quality?
Quick renders use fast base generation settings — great for previewing and iterating. HD uses the provider's native high-quality generation mode for full detail and sharpness. Credit cost reflects the higher compute involved.
Is there a free trial?
New accounts receive 5 free credits — enough for one quick image render or a partial video workflow. No credit card required for the trial.
Do I own the images and videos I generate?
Yes. All output is yours to use commercially on Growth and Studio plans. Starter plan output is licensed for personal and small-business use. Full commercial rights are included in the Studio plan and explicitly granted on upgrade.
Why does the same workflow sometimes cost slightly different?
Render cost is fixed in credits regardless of result. The actual API cost varies slightly (we absorb minor fluctuations), but your credit charge per workflow type is always predictable from the table above.
